Join us for a peaceful meditation class. Clear your mind, relax and feel your inner light.  Connect to the energetic vibration of your heart and release what is no longer serving you.

During this meditation, you’ll experience how to let go, relax your mind, also release tension, stress, stuck energy and emotions. Become connected and Find Your Inner Calm through the energy flow within your body, breath and heart center. All levels are welcome. :

This part of an all day event from 10 AM – 6 PM. Enjoy yoga classes, sustainable food and live music to to relax, and refresh. You can register in advance for an all day pass at the South Florida Yoga Expo, Ft. Lauderdale. The yoga and meditation event is in the Fort Lauderdale, FL Convention Center, conveniently located mid distance between South Palm Beach County Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Parkland, Deerfield Beach and North Dade County, Aventura, Miami Beach.
